Visiting Artizan on Saturday was such a positive experience. When I arrived my hair was totally out of condition as I had just let it grow, having totally lost faith in my previous stylist. The whole team were friendly and welcoming, even though my appointment was at the end of a very busy Saturday afternoon. They must have been shattered but it did not show at all. Matt understood exactly what I needed to still be able to tie my long hair away for working in professional kitchens but still enjoy it down too. I am thrilled with my new hairstyle and cannot wait to return to the salon, which will be well worth the three hour round trip just for such great care. Thank you so much, Matt.

This was my first visit to Artizan and can honestly say I am converted and won’t be going anywhere else other than here for my future hair needs. I fancied a change but am really nervous about people touching my hair as I have had pat disasters. Jodie welcomed me and put me at ease with her great knowledge and honest advice. I went with extensions and from start to finish, the experience was brilliant from the products used on my hair to the to the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. A visit to Bath and a last minute appointment with Stevie was so worth the visit! I get anxious about having my hair cut and Stevie had a job on her hands but she dealt with me so well. From the second I stepped into the salon, I was welcomed by smiley, happy hairdressers. Stevie asked what I wanted and offered her advice which was appreciated. I moved to Bath about 2 months ago and booked an appointment at Hue after reading their incredible reviews online. Very pleased to say all the glowing reviews are absolutely spot on, and truly reflective of this gem of a salon. Adrianna and her team are not just caring, attentive and super welcoming, they’re all so skilled. The atmosphere was like a big family, with many other clients that day clearly long term returning customers. This speaks to what a great salon this is. I can’t thank Adrianna, especially for the personalised care and attention she paid me. My balayage and cut are absolutely perfect and I’m super happy. Also one of the best head massages I’ve ever had. Already looking forward to returning for my next appointment. A huge thank you.

I'm new in the city and I was looking for a good salon to cut all my hair, I couldn't see any other solution, since my hair was damaged a lot by the water here and many chemicals I used like dyes. I was attended by Norys, who was very detailed with all the tips on how I could take care of my hair from now on. She only cut it a little and used a sort of good products and I just loved it. My hair became soft, shiny and bouncy again. I highly recommend, they are very attentive and treat us very well.

I had a very nice experience getting my haircut with Adriana. She was friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The salon itself is a lovely place, adding to the overall positive experience. What stood out most, however, was Adriana's skill with curly hair. She understood exactly how to handle my curls, leaving me with a fantastic haircut that I'm absolutely pleased with. Her expertise with curly hair is truly commendable.
