A great find. Helen is a super host. Nothing is too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Warm clean and comfortable room. Great selection for breakfast. When we arrived Helen offered us hot drinks even though we had everything in the room. Thank you we will visit again if we are in the area and recommend you to everyone.

Just wonderful! Helen was the best host ever, we were nervous about a B&B but she couldn't have made us and our old dog feel more welcome. Our room had its own outside door access so we could take him outside without disturbing anyone else and was comfortable and perfect for our weekend

Lovely place, room was clean and had everything you need, and Helen was a fantastic host. Great breakfast too.

Myself and my wife stayed here for an event literally over the road. Could not not have picked a better location to have stayed at. Whilst everyone was racing about finding taxis home or squeezing on shuttle a shuttle bus half drunk or on something else we literally walked back within two minutes and was at our room for the night. Staff here couldn't of helped anymore if they tried so thank you. It was pleasant to be greeted as well by their huge but very friendly great dane, she's a lovely dog. We are planning on returning to next year's event and we will be sure to be returning here as we couldn't of picked anywhere else more suitable. Thank you.

I had my wedding reception here and I cant thank them enough for what they did for me. Amazing landlord and landlady amazing staff. Fantastic range of drinks. Highly recommend. I will be returning with my husband for date nights.

Great for arena pre drinks, does get very busy but plenty of staff to keep the bar moving.. we'll equipped outside area with seating and heating..

LOADBROOK COTTAGES REVIEWS

B&B at Loadbrook was superb. The accomodation is spacious, comfortable and attractive. I had the continental breakfast in my room which was delicious and generous. The views and setting are beautiful. Stunning walks on the doorstep, Sheffield city centre 20 minutes although you would never know it, and Chatsworth 30 minutes. Friendly, attentive hosts.

A lovely cottage, in a beautiful and peaceful spot. It is well kitted out with dishwasher, washing machine and even plenty of soap, detergent and loo rolls for our whole stay. Alison was an attentive and helpful host, particularly regarding my special needs.

Thank you Alison & Rob for an amazing 4 night stay at Loadbrook Cottages B&B. The views were stunning all around us. Alison was the perfect host. Could find no fault whatsoever. It was just perfect for us. Definitely would recommend.
