ENDCLIFFE PARK REVIEWS
What a wonderful space for the people of Sheffield! I was making a return visit to the Botanic Gardens when I realised that it wasn't that much further to walk to get to Endcliffe Park with it's amazing walks, wooded areas, childrens play area and the water features. There is a lovely atmosphere in the park; it feels a very safe environment and was certainly very busy when I visited on Friday. I was interested to go to see the Mi Amigos memorial and pleased to see that it didn't involve too much of a climb and was well signposted. I understand that there is a carpark available but I took advantage of lovely weather to walk from the station all the way up Ecclesall Road to the Park entering via the main entrance and leaving by one of the side entrances.
Our regular park. It's beautiful in every season and is well maintained. You have to take a walk through its entire length to appreciate the beauty. Runs some events time to time. Had a good little cafe as well. This also has a historical WW-II flight crash site, which is exactly where the cafe stands today.
Absolutely beautiful park to walk through, get all the way up into the wilderness with a couple of decent coffee stops along the way!
