Professional, hospitable and welcoming staff all across the operation from the reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping. However, I particularly felt the events coordinator personally guiding me to the meeting room and explaining it's features was a good personal touch. Also, the lady at reception who checked me into my room deserves praise as I'd mistakenly booked the wrong dates by a month, but she sorted things out. Thanks for the excellent hospitality and customer service.

We had a lovely stay at the Novotel Hotel. The pool and gym facilities were fantastic, providing a great way to relax and stay active during our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. However, despite booking an executive suite, the room felt quite small, and the layout with the shower and toilet being separate was a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, our stay was very enjoyable, and we would highly recommend the Novotel Hotel for its excellent amenities and welcoming staff.

We absolutely love staying here. The rooms are nice, the bed is very comfy and a good size! The service is great. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time!

It was our first time here in Sheffield and staying at Mercure Kenwood Hotel and Spa made our holiday really special. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team, Ellise and Nicky, made the experience special. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations throughout our stay. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, making it the perfect space to relax. The spa facilities were another highlight — everything was well-kept, modern, and calming. We booked a massage which was excellent, and we left feeling completely refreshed. The pool, sauna, and relaxation areas added to the overall sense of luxury.

This was a new experience for me and my husband. Everything was explained clearly and the deal turned out to be amazing. The massages were fantastic. The meal was divine and the service was top notch. A tranquil setting and we were given a free room upgrade which was so light and spacious. Elise signed us in and she was lovely. The girls in the spa were so helpful when I misplaced my slippers and gave me extra towels I needed. Everyone at the spa was really friendly, there were lots of regulars there..a couple showed me the ropes as a newbie. Could not fault it...will be back soon.

Had an afternoon tea party for my mum's 90th birthday with 46 guests. The room and atmosphere was ideal. All the staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delightful and ample. We all had such a lovely time - my mum was so pleased.
