Dropped in to the Meadowhall branch in Sheffield yesterday to book our late summer break. We hardly waited a few minutes when we were seen by the lovely Nicola. We usually go with a particular holiday, hotel and date already prepared so the task was swift and easy. Just enough time to have a cuppa and chat whilst details were confirmed. Nicola was excellent. Super professional, chatty and made the job so easy for us. She took the time to note all the important elements down and proceeded to help with another query I had with another booking we had made a few weeks back. Overall another reliable experience (we have consistently booked through this branch for the past 15 years). Called in a few days ago to book our first family holiday. We were greeted by Olivia. She was friendly, chatty, informative and really understood what we were looking for. Just returned from a fabulous honeymoon in Italy booked through Kuoni. We originally weren't sure where we wanted to go but Zoe ran with the ideas we gave her and pulled together 4 fabulous itineraries (including one curveball option). We settled on a dual-centre trip to Milan followed by Lake Como with all transfers booked through Kuoni. The hotels we stayed in were great quality and our rep in Northern Italy was a great comfort to have if things were to go wrong. All-in-all really happy with the customer service received from Kuoni.

We had some rough ideas for what we wanted for our honeymoon, and Zoe gave us several options to have a look at. She was very knowledgeable and had been to several of the places herself which helped. We ended up booking our dream honeymoon and we couldn’t recommend Kuoni enough.
