3 Best Boarding Kennels in Sheffield, UK

I don’t usually leave reviews unless the business is extremely poor or exceptionally good. I was gobsmacked to see someone had left Anston Kennels, in my mind an unfairly poor review so I thought I’d leave my review. I have been using them for a while now for my two German Shepherds, I have used a few kennels before, and then someone recommended Anston to me, I thought I would give them a try, my dogs love it here, on the journey, when they realise where they are going they start to get excited. They share a kennel and exercise together, I would not send them anywhere else now, the staff are really friendly and get to know you and your dogs, I just say their name when booking, not mine, and they know who they are talking to. Having our own business, I know that one bad review can stand out more than a hundred good ones. Keep up the excellent work Anston, don’t let one out of many satisfied customers get you down.

It was the first time my dogs have stopped here but they came home happy and healthy and are booked in to go again. The staff were all really friendly and lots of photo updates during their stay.

Highly recommend Anston kennels. Our dog has stayed over 3 times this year and always looks happy and healthy after each stay. It was great to see photos of him playing in the paddock and they replied to my emails quickly whilst we were away. The owners and staff are really friendly and do treat each animal as their own. Our vet recomended Moscar for our dog Charlie as he suffers from Diabetes and as such needs insulin twice a day. We went and had a look around and met the owners and staff. Everyone was so professional and helpful. The place was so well kept and the kennels were spotless and clean. Having not gone on holiday for about four years it was a welcome change to be able to leave Charlie safe in the knowledge he would be well looked after. Thank you so much to all the staff here for doing such a professional job caring for our Charlie. We now know he will be happy here and can hopefully go on more holidays in the future. We've been taking our Beagle Blue here for 2 years now and I think I might be their biggest fans. He first went as a really little pup, and we use it for anything between a day here and there to 2 weeks at a time. The staff are amazing, always accommodating and know Blue by name even after months of not visiting. Blue always returns clean, happy, in great health and I will not stop recommending this business to anyone with a pet in Sheffield.

Feel so confident and comfortable leaving my boy with Amy and her team. I’ve had regular photos of Marty and he literally looks like he’s living his best life while we’re on holiday! Thank you so much!
