Dave did a great job in answering several questions I had about riding in the local area, and about bicycle laws in the UK. Thanks. After the original help and service, they also tuned up my bicycle and did some modifications for me. Everything was done well, and at a fair price. Couldn't ask for much better help and service. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic local family run business, I've been buying bikes and parts from them on and off for maybe 20 years now. They seem to be doing a good job of keeping a variety of stock in despite the national shortages of bikes and parts. Picked up my son's new bike from Broadgate today and couldn't be happier with the build quality and service!

I haven’t been on a bike for roughly 15/20 years but fancied getting back on one for the sack of getting a bike seat for my daughter on the back. What an awesome experience getting it from Wallis cycles in Preston. He talked me though everything and gave me plenty of options, on what suits me and my daughter better. I also got everything I needed to ride away from the shop and be safe for my bike journey again. And he also assured me anything happens that he is always there to help and advise if needed. Went into Evans at Deepdale retail park today. As I had a problem with my Boardman bike. A man called Chris helped me out and had the bike fixed within minutes. Will definitely take my bike here for a service or repair. As I have been messed about from other bike places like halfords In the past. Would definitely recommend here.

Just went in for to buy a bike and Ash was very accommodating. He was the only guy there and he took the time to go through the motions with me and I left satisfied. A pretty decent service. No complaints.

Excellent service. Took my bike in without appt and Simon went above and beyond to sort it same day. A credit to the company. Highly recommended.
