I haven’t been on a bike for roughly 15/20 years but fancied getting back on one for the sack of getting a bike seat for my daughter on the back. What an awesome experience getting it from Wallis cycles in Preston. He talked me though everything and gave me plenty of options, on what suits me and my daughter better. I also got everything I needed to ride away from the shop and be safe for my bike journey again. And he also assured me anything happens that he is always there to help and advise if needed. Went into Evans at Deepdale retail park today. As I had a problem with my Boardman bike. A man called Chris helped me out and had the bike fixed within minutes. Will definitely take my bike here for a service or repair. As I have been messed about from other bike places like halfords In the past. Would definitely recommend here.

Just went in for to buy a bike and Ash was very accommodating. He was the only guy there and he took the time to go through the motions with me and I left satisfied. A pretty decent service. No complaints.
