A really good experience. The staff were so helpful and informative. The range of beds is good with a range of styles and prices to suit different tastes and budgets. Being able to try from soft to extra firm while lying on a mattress using their technology was so helpful for making the right choice. A good experience that made buying my bed easy.

The young lady who served my husband and I was extremely helpful and very informative and assisted us in choosing a new mattress. She was very knowledgeable regarding all the mattresses plus provided excellent information relating to additional products we purchased. Excellent customer services provided by this lovely young lady.

We would like to thank our delivery drivers for the way they were with us... They were friendly, professional, careful and a huge help. We have never had experience as good as this with any other team. Thank-you. We'd life if possible to put these comments on their file to be reviewed if necessary.

First visit met Bill. Lovely gentleman. Very knowledgeable about product. Not pushy at all. Second visit to buy mattress . Bill again served us. Made sure we were aware of all the products. Received a really good deal of mattress, protector and pillows plus warranty. Plus the removal of old mattress. Will definitely visit Dreams in Preston again due to the amazing service. Thank you Bill.

The service simply was fantastic. Luke was incredibly helpful and patient, answering to all our questions, walking us through the different options and providing helpful feedback. The prices were also quite good. I definitely recommend.

Absolutely recommend Dreams at Preston. It's a total mine field looking for a new mattress but Carol was a star & a patient one at that. No pressure, no sales pitch, so friendly, so helpful & we are so thankful for her customer service skills. Carol is an asset to Dreams.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Lisa was very helpful in the showroom. The lads that came with the bed were very quick and efficient and put the bed exactly where I asked them too. Very happy overall.

Very helpful staff, guided me through the various options without any pressure. They have large range of beds to try out to find the most suitable. Delivered and assembled the next day. Great service.

Excellent service instore and delivery staff were punctual, courteous and assembled the bed really quickly and took all the packaging away. Really impressed with the service offered by Prestige Beds, from start to finish. Thank you very much.
