I took my little girl here to look at the fish and get some info on keeping them as pets, thinking of getting her a small tank. The man I spoke to was so helpful, we spoke about tank sizes, which fish would be best for us etc. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, and he gave me some leaflets to go away with. Wish I could remember his name, but he did let us get this picture so we could remember the fish name for next time.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Neil in the preston dock branch, we have just got a new puppy and he helped us so much, his knowledge and advise was so helpful, he was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable and not under pressure. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks again he is a great face for the business.

I used to shop at Pets at home but that has gone out of the window during cost of living crisis. There’s honestly so many great deals here, great range of stock. Staff members are really helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Wide selection of dog food and pet supplies, healthier brands available, including raw. Staff are always very helpful, friendly and polite.

Best place for dog food, treats and just about anything else you need. Staff always on hand to help.

A massive range of products at not just reasonable but very very good pricing. The owner was friendly as well! Heartily recommended, especially for dog owners. The range of treats is far beyond anything you will find at a Pets At Home or similar.

Incredibly helpful, friendly & knowledgeable staff who really care about what they do. My family love shopping for our pet supplies here, especially the Great prices too!
