This is a nice store, the staff are friendly, I spoke with the manager Karl and he was great he explained everything and the different options when buying a new sofa. Just be careful when buying one that you get one in the sales. It’s better to watch the prices as they do go up and down a lot, you can end up paying a lot more than you should do so make sure you keep an eye on the product you want to buy. This could end up saving you a few hundred pounds.

After having many unsuccessful trips at other sofa shops, coming to furniture village has been a breathe of fresh air. Specifically, Dave has been amazing and worked with us over two days to get our order to perfection. He gave some great advice to us as first time buyers and was very patient in all of our back and forth decisions! We are very happy with our purchase and the service we were given and will definitely be back for all our furniture needs.

Lovely young man who dealt with us, not pushy at all. Asked us about our sleeping habits then recommended a mattress. Went above and beyond getting us price after price for different combinations, nothing was to much trouble Excellent service.

Lovely show room and just bought what looks to be a smashing sofa. Lovely gentleman, turned out to be the store manager, walked us round, listened to what we said and showed us some options to try - third sofa we sat on was the one for us. Service was brilliant, they took care of the people in the show room regarding safety in these times of Covid. Would recommend a visit to the store if you're looking for a new sofa.

Great store. Easily located. Great staff. Didn't chase me around the store. Staff members H and Naz were very helpful. I didn't feel crowded or pestered and they were available whenever I needed them. Very happy customer.
