I had a lovely experience at Peter Jackson the Jewellers. The selection of rings is exactly what I was looking for with some truly stunning pieces. What truly set this place apart however was the exceptional service provided by the staff. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with the utmost hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and answered all my questions. Especially Fleur who helped me find what I was looking for. I highly recommend Peter Jackson the Jewelers to anyone in search of exquisite jewelry and undeniable customer service.

Excellent experience! I ordered a watch online and Danny was on hand to assist with every step of the process. He guided me through the measurement/adjustment process so efficiently and in such a friendly manner, he couldn't have been more helpful. An absolute pleasure to deal with. The watch arrived and it is beautiful and a perfect fit. Thank you, Danny. Highly recommended.

Very helpful. I accidentally ordered the wrong watch, and I missed the cut off point for next day delivery. I contacted the store, and they helped me fix my order and I still received it next day, despite ordering it late. Customer service really is 10/10. Thank you again.

I was bequeathed my father’s wedding ring and my step mother’s engagement ring and I sought advice from Guy whether a combination of both rings could be designed. He listened to my thoughts and we agreed a design. I picked it up today and it’s absolutely stunning. Better than I could have imagined. The existing diamonds actually look bigger in this setting. Thank you so much Guy…such skill!! Amazing.

Guy created an amazing design to celebrate our 25th anniversary using my original engagement, wedding and eternity rings. I am so happy with the unique design capturing the spirit of my style and exceeding our expectation. Thank you Guy.
