Had a really lovely experience here the other day, the two ladies who helped me out couldn't have been more kind and attentive whilst I was trying on the shoes. As I struggle finding ones that fit me due to needing insoles they measured me and went back and forth to the stockroom in order to find the right shoes for me. I managed to get 2 pairs of work shoes that fit correctly which I am delighted with as this is something that is quite often a challenge for me. I will be returning! Would recommend to anyone who struggles with shoes and needs that extra bit of support!

Halima is an asset to this branch. We came in for school shoes for my girls. She approached us in such a friendly manner asking if we were ok and could she help in any way. She measured my daughter and went away to get some shoes in her size. She was knowledgeable. Talking about each shoe as she went along. She was so helpful and lovely. We will put a trustpilot review on aswell. Very happy with the service halima provided. Very friendly knowledgable and proffesional.

I recently visited this store had an excellent experience, thanks to the manager. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, ensuring I found the perfect pair of shoes. Her dedication to customer service was outstanding, making my shopping experience pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended!

Visited this shop last month and i have to say it was a pleasure to be served by the warm friendly staff who were very attentive and posted shoes up to my home in Scotland. many thanks.

Reasonable prices, there was a sale on aswel. They've done away with the loyalty card, but offer discounts and offers online. Still great value, especially when you have 4 children going to school.

The staff are friendly and helpful .Easy to park .Worth looking for a good selection, if the size isn't available they can order subject to availability.

FOOTASYLUM PRESTON REVIEWS

We called into Footasylum, St Georges Shopping Centre, Preston, last weekend to collect an online order for my young grandson. While my grandson was trying on the trainers, a very helpful member of staff, by the name of George, asked if we required any assistance. It just so happened that there had been an error made with the quantity ordered; I had received two pairs of the same item. George immediately reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem for him to sort it out for me there and then. Very efficient service from a lovely young man! Well done George!

I came into Footasylum last week to purchase a new pair of kick down doors (air max 95’s) and came across a very helpful young man called Hiff, who took the time to show me the full selection. I was really impressed with the efficient and friendly service. Well done Hiff!

Popped in late this afternoon, very attentive customer service from a young woman - sorry didn't catch her name - she suggested different styles of trainers & was very helpful.
