I have been using the boys at DC Cycles for two years for maintenance on my bike and occasionally my kids' bikes. DC Cycles is definitely the place to go for all your cycling needs, from the professional work to the extremely welcoming faces. The boys are always happy to give well-informed advice on what is best for you and your bike. I have never had any problems with the work done on our bikes and I doubt I ever will. I can't recommend DC Cycles highly enough.

Denham is the most friendly person I have ever met. He is professional, good hearted and super helpful! He goes above and beyond to help you out. He has repaired my bike and my husband's one, even offering to pick it out directly from our house as we live in the same village. If you live in Southampton or surrounding areas, please do not hesitate to drop your bike off to DC Cycles, you won't regret it! Prices are very affordable as well. Thank you!!

My husband and I visited the Southampton store after looking at other shops - Andy and Will were brilliant at identifying our needs and providing the perfect solution! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful team. I work in sales and did not receive a hard sell, just honest guidance, which I found refreshing compared to other shops we had visited. As a woman I find these shops daunting, especially being a total novice. Andy and Will took me and my husband through the range. An excellent bike shop. They were really caring and interested in the type of bike I wanted. They made great efforts to meet my spec and I recently came away with the ideal bike for me. They were quick ordering extras and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Even though they are a long way from my location in East Sussex, I will try and use them in the future.

I genuinely wouldn't trust anyone else with my bike. The team at Giant Southampton are amazing and are always willing to help. They have often repaired my bike at short notice and always to a very high standard. I can not recommend them enough!
