I visited the Southampton branch Furniture Village because I had purchased furniture from here before and I was looking to replace an old electric reclining armchair. After wandering around for a few minutes I was approached by a salesman who was really helpful with my needs and I was shown suitable armchairs, The whole process from arriving, choosing and purchasing to leaving the shop took about 45 minutes to one hour. The two member's of staff who dealt with my purchased could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable regarding my needs. would highly recommend this shop.

Charlotte at the Southampton store is super helpful, patient, asks questions to better understand my needs and provides relevant advice making sure I could make the right decision for me rather than the right sale for the store! The store is light, bright, clean and had a good range of products for trying and inspiration; staff are happy to chat through requirements without rushing the customer and I believe value for money based on quality, advice and after care. Thank you.

After receiving fabulous service from Victoria at Furniture Village Southampton our new Sofa and Chair arrived in time and the delivery service was very efficient and quick. The lamp that we ordered separately was sent as soon as that was ready so we didn’t have to wait for the sofa. We were also inspired by Victorias interior design ideas too and so kept with our urban jungle theme. Final touches needed like curtains but very happy with the service both before and after the purchase Thank you.

Went in last week just for a mooch. Spoke with Denise who was absolutely fabulous. Great product knowledge, affable, amenable, friendly and a great ‘can do’ demeanour. Went back today to purchase as after going to every other furniture store locally to compare, Bradbeers came out the best. I will always start there for any furniture purchases in future.

I recently bought sofas from the Hedge End Store and have been absolutely delighted with the Lounge Co set up, the customer service, delivery estimate, delivery team, communication and quality have all been second to none. Would not give a second thought to recommending Bradbeers. Great job and a huge thanks for great service and products.

Outstanding customer service from Wendy and Bradley, walked out with a new high quality Rug, 4 Bar Stools, 4 dining chairs and an oak dining table. 10% off whole order. Elevates the whole look of the house. Will definitely be returning to buy more.
