I found the staff on Sunday afternoon ( 18th Feb) to be very helpful. I needed to exchange a faulty item of clothing that was purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas but I had lost the receipt. Through proof of purchase the young man I dealt with found the transaction and exchanged the item. He was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you!

Sales are amazing money savers, great shoes in stock as well and a wide range of sizes for each shoe almost always in stock, recommend highly.

Got some good deals in there mostly upstairs for women section, got new pair of trinity sake was a bargain.

Today, we popped into GoOutdoors in Southampton looking for 'kitting" outselves out to start camping as a family. There was a chap, more in demand than others (no offence to any other staff, but he was the one everyone was calling for advice/help on tents) so waited to speak with him. Paul F was extremely down-to-earth, honest and just "human" about his comments, responces and advice. Paul helped us in every avenue, from tent opinion, budget variances, beddings, chairs etc. He never pushed, and gave us plenty of space to make our decision. We, in the end spent just over £1,000 on all our equipment and we would not have spent this or bought this all under one roof if it wasnt for Paul. He is an asset to GoOutdoors and its just honestly, so nice and refreshing to see someone who loves what they do and genuinely wanting to help people. Paul - thank you for the advice and your time today. We will let you know how our first camping experience goes!

Arrived at the above Destination this late afternoon ishh, for a service to their site inside the premises, met two lovely Helpful guys today, one was Acting Manager, he was very helpful, very chatty, happy person in their role. plus another team member, and from start to finish, these two guys went above and beyond to help me out, they went to get us water to use my carpet cleaner, and the other guy, even emptied my bucket for me, ???? #100% Customer Service from Start till I finished the job, Excellent Customer Service!

Love this place, can get pretty much anything you want and always at a good price. Even better at the min as they have an extra 30% off due to closing for a refit at some point.
