I recently purchased a beautiful gold permanent bracelet. The design is stunning. The staff- Julie was extremely professional and handled everything with great competence. Julie really took the time to understand my needs and provided personalized assistance that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place, not just for the quality of their products but also for the outstanding customer service.

Had a fantastic experience at the Southampton store with Karen and Julie. Both were brilliantly helpful, cheery and knowledgeable. Karen found me just the type of earrings I was looking for and also explained to me that ear piercing was available in store which I had been considering for a little while as an addition - Karen was able to do it then and there and the process was seamless. In short a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I was delighted leaving with my new piercing too. Thank you Karen and Julie!

Darren’s customer service was fantastic and made the process of buying an engagement ring simple and enjoyable. We looked around elsewhere but the customer service didn’t match how we were treated when in H.Samuel. Thank you Darren !

Honestly loved shopping here, the staff were so nice and not much of a queue. All products were well cared for and looked after. If you sign up for the WiFi then rewards, you get 10% off. Great experience and spectacular services provided. I was served by a lovely lady named Phoebe and she was amazing. Would definitely recommend her.

Absolutely lovely girl! Helped me to find the perfect bracelet by showing me different styles and letting me try them all on! She even helped my mum and grandma too. Cannot recommend her more, amazing service as well as a lovely girl 10/10

I visited Laings of Southampton today and I must say that it was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked into the store I felt welcomed and everyone was very attentive and extremely professional. Stewart was very knowledgeable and I had a long chat with him about the watch brands Laings stock and about the new store which is due to open soon. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone with such a high standard of professionalism. Even though I didn't make a purchase today, I definitely will in the near future and I'm looking forward to visiting your new store when it opens. Thank you for a great experience.

We bought our engagement ring and our wedding bands from Laings and the whole process was a real pleasure. Geena really helped me to understand the range of rings available and was very patient! Mary was also very knowledgeable about wedding bands. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Laings and would recommend them to everyone!
