We were helped from the moment we entered the shop. Jack was attentive, helpful and informative. He asked us what we needed and gave us full opportunity to experience the different styles and makes of beds. Once we had whittled our choice down to a couple he left us to sample and decide. Excellent customer service and understanding, which is something you want and need with an expensive and important purchase. We've purchased from Bensons a few times in the past and are delighted that their ethos has remained the same and the level of service remains intact. Highly recommend Bensons.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales team who got me the best deal. Excellent friendly and efficient delivery team. Respectful of the property and the product they were delivering. Explained the assembly to me so I'd be able to dismantle it when I move. Good advice given throughout. Speedy but took time to make sure it was right. Great communication throughout the process. Would certainly use again.

Jack was very knowledgeable and helped us with every stage of our purchase. He showed us and explained each sort of mattress, and then also about what sort of bed would work best for our space. We really didn't know what we were looking for but ended up buying a bed and mattress that suited our needs.

Me and my partner were served by Janet couple of weeks ago, as soon as we set foot in store she welcomed us straight away with a smile and offered us some drinks, she asked if we had any problems sleeping and was always so helpful and patient when we chose the bed right for us. She gave us a pillow to try out some beds she thought were best suited for us, and was eager to help us find the best deal and suggested some icy pillows which are absolutely perfect for us. She was polite and bubly throughout and continued to make us feel so comfortable in store, she went above and beyond perfect customer service and she completed our dreams experience :) THANK YOU.

Extra customer service we were met by a lady called janet who made us very welcome. she went above and beyond to help us Janet customer service was 100 percent .she gave us a pillow to lay on as we tried beds and mattresses out . she offered us tea / coffee/ water we were put on the bed that measure what mattress you need . I would highly recommend going to dreams if you need a new bed/mattress I would definitely go back to dreams again.

Really good service and felt welcomed . Got a great deal on a bed and already looking forward to mr sleep the mattress is like lying in a cloud. The deal came with a bank holiday deal so happy days the service from the senior sales and the manager could not fault their attention and help.
