I had a good feeling about this company right from the start of making my order. Everything just seemed to work. I wanted a brightly-coloured, lightweight, quick-dry swimming harness for my English springer spaniel. I ordered a medium size Balance by Blu-9 harness, which has all the above requirements and is robustly constructed. The order arrived quickly via Tracked 48 Royal Mail and was well-packaged. I would say I am over all pleased with the harness (one walk so far).

The staff are always really helpful and lovely to chat to! Our dog Chester is always welcomed and even charmed 2 treats out of them today! A fantastic selection of healthy treats that have massively improved his wellbeing.

Excellent range of frozen raw food for dogs. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of toys and treats and we love going here with our dog, Ludo, as they treat him like a celebrity.

We visited looking to get our puppy some new kibble. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and he had a lot of time for us. They had the dogs best interests at heart the whole time and had a wide range of food, treats and toys on offer and only stock the best brands for health and sustainability.

Just popped in to buy some flea treatment for my house and cat. Had a lovely indepth conversation about Fleas and alternative ways to treat pets. The guy was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision. Never had customer service this good.

Went into bitterne shop today to look for puppy toys and other bits, they couldn't of been more helpful or friendly and gave some advice and very knowledgeable.we will definitely be going back.
