On contacting Swinnerton Cycles late July about purchasing some Carbon FFWD wheel set the person I spoke with obviously was very knowledgeable about the wheels I was wanting. After talking it through with him an order was placed without his knowledge I would have found it difficult to get the wheels I wanted. Over the weeks I be been waiting for the wheels to arrive I’ve had conversations with the staff who are very reassuring polite and curtious nothing was too much trouble. The wheels are absolutely amazing once again a big thank you to all the team at Swinnerton Cycles.

Got a great price on an E Silex. Arrived quickly, fully built. It’s always a challenge to buy a bike online, but I felt I was also dealing with a UK cycle shop who knew what they were doing. It’s had plenty of adventures already.

Excellent customer service. Guided my choice of bicycle. Got my accessories, helpful. I have the Liv Thrive 2! amazing and all the accessories were great.

Really friendly and approachable team here. Mark helped me make a really informed decision about which bike to get every step of the way and I loved being able to take a test bike home to try out before I committed to buying anything. Absolutely cannot fault the team at PAU!

Excellent advice from Andy today at PAU. Had a gait analysis and also advice on hip strengthening which I so really need! So glad I visited today and will visit again and I have already recommended Andy and PAU to friends.

Great bike outlet and workshop. Mark fixed a problem with my drive chain (caused by error on part of a less professional company!) quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I thought that I'd leave a review. I've been building up a 1990s Gary Fisher restoration MTB and the complicated brake & gear cabling, etc, had me stuck as I got the frame resprayed, so stripped the cables off completely.. CDC have installed a set of cables on the bike, within 2 or 3 calendar days (which includes a Sunday). They have used Jagwire cables, which are way after my time, and they are absolutely as smooth a technically possible in operation. 5*. 100% recommend.

Went in asking for my wheels to be trued. The guy inspected my wheels and advised it was not really necessary and gave me advice on how to solve the issues I had. Good honest service, thank you.

First time l used this shop. Great prompt service, good advice and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them as im a satisfied customer.
