Decent variety of all manner of footwear & for all budgets! Friendly helpful staff. I personally didn't buy anything this time as I was after specific gore-tex boots, but have bought various footwear in the past from steel toe cap work boots to fashionable trainers. Never had any issues! Though like with anything, you get what you pay for, so buy cheap & don't expect them to last, but pay a little more & potentially get a few years out of whatever footwear you're buying. Also good variety of footwear accessories too.

Sketchers for granddaughter bought from here reasonably priced assistant very helpful. The sneakers for girls were nearly non-existent, and that's why I bought Sketchers. No suitable school shoes though, as with school regulations plain black, no shiny or decoration allowed on shoes. But got a pair from elsewhere.

Really helpful friendly staff who were very caring towards my Mum highly recommend.

Karina was lovely and helped me decide which shoes to buy. She also explained to my grandad that shoes can be unisex which made my shopping experience so easy which is normally stressful considering his age and troubles with being a widow, and made the store a comfortable environment to shop in, Thank you a lot.

Went sometime ago for some new Sketchers, the lady working was an absolute star, gave me as much help and made sure I was happy with the purchase, even showed me schuhs loyalty scheme and how to use it, always come back and visit when in hanley.

The staff at this store are brilliant. I was really impressed. Highly recommend.

I knew which boots I was after and wanted to try them on in a half size that no other shop I tried had in store. They had the size I needed and the shoes were £20 cheaper! Plus friendly, honest and down to earth customer service. It’s easy to forget to shop local sometimes with so much choice online but I will be sure to visit Brassingtons first in the future when after my next pair of Docs or Sketchers.

Recently purchased some boots as a gift, lovely customer service and a great selection of shoes/boots available. The recipient has since said they're the comfiest boots they've ever had. Would certainly recommend.

Amazing shop with outstanding customer service. They could not be more helpful. And the prices are highly competitive. Just brilliant.
