Not been in Primark Hanley for a while... Much improved home section.... Very good choice. Just wanted to say I spoke to 4 assistants... One chap in men's dept One lady in home one on the ground floor and the lady on the till.. What a friendly helpful group of people..thank you

I went for a couple of corsets for my daughter for a dance performance, got what we needed and also picked up a couple of lovely smelling Reed defusers for my mum for her birthday, it's a big store with everything you could possibly need !!

Absolutely incredible service in Matalan Tunstall store today. I was looking for a warm coat. That’s all I needed. Just a warm coat. When I found one within my price range I tried it on felt lovely and warm . Two of the lovely assistants offered advice They both said it looked really nice thank you ladies Off I went to the tills. Where I met another amazing lady. I believe her name is jane. She’s worked there many years. And is always supervising the self checkout whenever I’ve visited this store. Well jane you are amazing so helpful and incredibly kind. She soon sorted me out What a wonderful lady. Above and beyond service and all with a lovely smile. God bless you, Thank you.

Yes I love Matalan for clothes from women's, to men's to children's, and babies to kitchen ware to bedroom and bathroom to suitcases, to accessories to makeup so yes it's a very good place to go and three hours parking which gives you time for you to have a good look around.

Bought a new shirt at a very reasonable price, excellent value, and good quality. Will return for another very soon. The store has a good range of goods all at reasonable prices. Recommended.

Daughter was very happy, she got some stuff that she loves. Had to order some trainers that weren't in stock but it was easy enough and free to collect from store.

Love this store great choice inside intu potteries shopping centre good access and parking. Up to the minute for fashion conscious people good prices quality clothing.

Lovely helpfully friendly lady in the men's department...No clothes that would fit me though as I'm to large...but enjoyed being helped and speaking to the nice assistant.
