went in on friday with my boyfriend and spoke to a girl (unsure of her name) at the time she had black butterfly nails & light brown hair, she was so lush & literally the sweetest girl ever. there was another girl in there with black hair & glasses & she was also amazing. such a nice atmosphere in there, keep it up beautiful ladies.

I had no clue what to buy but with a brief description Chloe absolutely nailed it! Very friendly, polite, mannered and well dressed staff! Chloe's customer service is absolutely top notch.

The woman who served us was very helpful and friendly. I told her the price of a necklace I was looking for and she knew exactly which one it was. Wrapped the gift and put in a bag with tissue.

Fantastic staff, would definitely recommend this store. We have purchased an engagement ring, wedding bands and a watch from here and I would highly recommend them especially Debbie and Sam who were amazing throughout the entire purchase very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Lovely experience from when I originally purchased my jewellery last year - I took the insurance as I always tend to lose my jewellery at some point! Was worth getting as I've lost both my earrings and necklace since purchase. The ladies at the store are so lovely and a special mention for Tyler she is really kind and helpful!

Beautiful shop inside, comfy, lovely lady served me. Free coffee, attentive staff. Love the Boss bracelet at a good price.
