I browsed a few sofa styles we were interested in and decided to visit the store to see if their delivery times were any better. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner—without the pushy or intrusive sales tactics we’d experienced elsewhere. We were assisted by Ash, the manager, who impressed us with his knowledge and gave us clear, helpful information about the sofas we liked. He made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable, and ultimately helped us find the perfect sofa. Had some bits and bobs of furniture from here over the years and we have always been pleased with the quality of it. We love the industrial style decor they have and have kitted out our house with a few of the lamps and clocks etc. Lovely group of people who work there and can't do more to be helpful. Really respectful of your home and deliver to the room you want when you need delivery.

Visited GJC whilst looking for some new bedroom furniture. Selection was very good, and the customer service was friendly and informative. Eventually left with new bedroom furnishings plus a dining table and chairs that I got for a fraction of the high street prices. Couldn’t fault the place, every piece I saw was stylish but very affordable, will definitely be back!
