Excellent experience, first time shopping in store and would definitely use again! Customer service was second to none, no pressure to buy anything, you weren't constantly hassled as you browsed the store and when we were ready to purchase the service and advice we received was great and we even brought more than we originally intended.

looking for debs online was proving painful so i popped into the store to check some things out. Im soooo pleased that I did. The staff were so helpful in explaining what was included in the price and the differences in different items. They also pointed us to some other options that were fab shop clearance. Ive not received the items yet but really looking forward to them.

Eddie and Matt were great. We hadn't measured properly and they really did struggle. They were courteous and still really helpful even though our mistake made the job harder for them and I am sure they could have refused delivery Lovely guys, I was very grateful for their help.

Andrew was fantastic, very knowledgeable of the products and helpful without the hard sell. Listened to our requirements and recommended mattresses to suit. We felt we could test out the mattresses, taking as long as we needed without feeling rushed to make a decision. Andrew was very attentive without being overbearing and was friendly throughout our time in the store. Flexibility of payment options and delivery options explained. Overall really very pleased with the experience.

Andy was friendly and efficient. He has a very good knowledge of the products available. After using the Sleepmatch machine, he was able to offer several suggestions for which mattress would be most suitable for our needs.

We, as a family have made five orders with Trentham Beds over the last three years. Four mattress’s and a wonderful heavy duty, hand made bed. All orders were taken and delivered by the owner or his co director. Wonderful knowledge and service at a fantastic price. Cured my back problem, as they recommended the correct bed & mattress. Thank you Trentham Beds.

Great selection of beds, headboards and associated products at a range of prices. Pleasant sales people, not too pushy, allowing for comfortable browsing and in our case a purchase. Delivery was timely and efficient.

Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend! Friendly helpful staff, no hard sell. Ordered a double mattress for our daughters bed, delivered within a few days, took old mattress away. Delivery guys were great too.
