They have a dedicated quiet area for elderly or nervous dogs, with a secure garden for evening relief. They provide everything that your dog might need for their stay, including bedding, feed and water bowls, food, and more. They follow a daily kennel routine that helps first-time boarders settle into their new environment and allows regular guests to relax straight away. They offer morning and afternoon exercise and a quiet midday time. From lead walks around the farm lanes to free playtime in their secure paddocks, your pet can be assured of plenty of out-of-kennel exercise. Whinney Hill Kennels supplies a range of popular brands of tinned and dry dog food, or you can bring your dog’s own food if you prefer. For emergencies outside of hours, they use their own vets at Jubilee Veterinary Centre, Newtownards, who are on 24-hour call.
