The rooms are very comfortable, but on this occasion I was meeting friends for a quick drink and a meal before the theatre. Staff are friendly and attentive but give you plenty of time to chat, relax, and enjoy your food and drink. The food was beautifully presented, seasonal, and very flavourful. It's just a little cool for me. Overall, though, it was a great experience as usual. Very good price's for the history and standard of the hotel. Definitely going again.

Centrally located in the city centre. Check in and check out was hassle free, quick and polite The bedrooms are lovely and the beds ensure a deep night's sleep. The breakfast restaurant is busy and requires navigation depending on what time you're there. They don't have a car park, but there are two options nearby - be sure to tell them where you are parked, when checking out and they can apply a discount to your fee.

I booked Afternoon Tea in the Piano Bar for my father's birthday. The food was lovely, the staff were fabulous, and it turned out to be a perfect way to celebrate. Many thanks.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great time. Room was quiet. Huge thanks to Caitlin for her exceptional service! We forgot an important thing in our room and realized it after checking out and leaving. Caitlin went above and beyond to help us retrieve it quickly and get it to us safely, which we greatly appreciated! We will be back.

First visit to Belfast and arriving at the hotel Brogan made us feel very comfortable and explained how everything works! Even giving us free drinks and she provided excellent service to us she was so friendly! Would book again.

Very conveniently located to downtown Belfast. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Food was great. Each room has integrated phone chargers and body wash/shampoo conditioner.

Exceptional service from the moment we drove up. Everyone was super attentive and accommodating. The lobby is beautiful. The floors are somewhat dark, when you get off of the elevator. Our room was lovely with a nice view. It, including the bathroom, was very clean, but could use an additional shelf or 2 in the bathroom. There were only phone charging ports on one side of the bed. Brian, a bartender / waiter / maitre'd was extremely helpful, warm and engaging. Although when Brian was not around, things seemed to slow down in the restaurant/bar.

Very nice hotel however the staff deserve more than 5 stars - we stayed for two nights before we continued our journey onto Ireland. They notified us right away that we had left all of our money and passports in the safe and safely returned them to us. Thank you Trisha, Gerard, and all of the staff for providing us with an amazing experience. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Belfast!!!!

Absolutely loved my stay here! Warm & Welcoming staff, in all areas! Bar had great atmosphere, dinner was beautiful. Room was beautiful, definitely recommend a stay here.
