We loved this beautifully appointed and perfectly located guest House. Owner Michelle Grey Ted is upon arrival, gave a a tour of the dining rooms and parkour, and then showed us our rooms, which were beautiful. She got us a taxi, made a dinner reservation and recommended a good local pub. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent room! Very spacey, clean and nice decoration. Night was totally silence. Helpful staff. WiFi was good, fast. Breakfast was good. Short walk to center. Lot of second hand shops around. Lovely The Queens university near by. And Botanical Garden. Many pubs and bars near. Hotel arranged Black Taxi Tour. A driver came pic up us from hotel. It was very good! We highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Fantastic location for shops and very good restaurants. More shabby than chic. Clean bedding, good fried breakfast. Decent vale for money. It's a good base to explore Belfast from.
