The best travel company. Just home from my 5th visit to Pamporovo and my sons 6th. Great value for money. Not one complaint. Everything spot on as usual from start to finish. Carole the representative in Aldergrove had already pre booked our seats as there were 3 of us. My son is a giant so the front row was perfect. The Hotel Perelick was 10 out of 10. Great location and facilities are incredible. Excellent staff who work so hard. Rooms spotless as are the bathrooms. Comfortable beds with snuggly linen. Really quiet at night too. The resort and ski school again so organised and the staff so helpful. Bill the representative in Pamporovo is also a star and really interesting to chat to. We also got the emergency exit on return flight which helps big time. Already looking to next year!

Had a great trip to the Royal Welsh Show last week. Our tour guide Alistair was great and made sure everything ran on time. Nothing was to much trouble. Our coach driver Gordon was brilliant and he was very helpful. Hotel and staff were good.

On Holiday to Scotland and it has been the best holiday I’ve ever had. My tour guide Bill is excellent with fantastic knowledge of the area. I’ve been treated like a film star from start to finish. Thank you most definitely will book again.

Courtney helped us book a holiday package. She is friendly with great over all knowledge about holidays and places of travel. This was exceptionally helpful as well as her helping to identify suitable accommodation based on our needs. It was a great experience start to finish. I would highly recommend booking a holiday with Courtney she's a brilliant travel agent. We are all set for a cruise thank you Courtney.

Recently purchased holiday insurance from the Scottish Emma, great job. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Emma throughly explained all aspects of my purchase and tailored it to my needs. Very happy customer, looking forward to my next holiday using herself and TUI castlecourt to book.

Was in the Castle court today getting boarding passes etc.a lovely young woman called Courtney looked after us. Can honestly say that she was very professional and had us sorted in no time and gave us confidence that it was easy peasy thank you Courtney tui are very lucky to have you.
