Penny was very attentive. She listened to what I already liked and didn’t like in my style and gave advice on changes we could make. She took care over her work, checking with me at each stage, how happy I was and if I wanted any further changes. As well as this she was friendly and professional and kept me up to date with each step of the process, for example Leah taking me to wash my hair. I am really pleased with my cut, and having been unhappy with my style for a while and not quite able to get it right, Penny has left me a very satisfied customer. I would really appreciate if my feedback could be passed on to her.

The colourists (Kirsten and Penny in particular) are just fab. I have a wonderful experience at the salon every time and the complementary head massages are always welcome. I really can’t fault anything about the salon. It’s just a great experience and they have nursed my very over-processed, brassy and dry hair back to life. 10/10.

Judith was fantastic and I had a great experience as a first-timer at the salon. Super happy with my hair and will definitely be back Also noted how great all the staff are, and just the presentation for everything is spot on. Thank you!

My partner went here yesterday and got an appointment at short notice for a full head of highlights. The staff actually called her earlier in the day and advised her she could come I'm before her appointment if it suited us which it did. The staff were excellent as was the venue. Really excellent value for money for the service these girls provide.

This is my first time going to hair lounge Springfield road branch, I got a colour and trim by Claire she was lovely and put me at ease rite away, and very helpful with my colour choice .

Just had a fantastic experience with Sarah. She listened to what I wanted and came up trumps. Exactly the colour I wanted. Thank you Sarah.

Could not recommend Agency hair enough! I have been to both Natalie and Megan and both left my hair so silky and smooth. I get my hair dyed and you wouldn't even notice by the quality. Both hairdressers left me with exactly what I asked for and were super nice.

I have been going to Natalie now for around 2 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She always leaves me with exactly what I asked for or better! I get my hair bleached but Natalie has been a big help in telling me the best ways to keep my hair healthy and smooth.

Couldn’t recommend Natalie and the guys more. My hair is always beyond perfect. Natalie goes above and beyond every time and is the best cutter ever. She is always up for a good chat and a laugh too, which makes it 10x more enjoyable!! Best hair dressers about.
