We left our dog with the Bilton Hilton for the first time for a two week stay and he came back happy and healthy and clean after a nice bath on collection day. This was a great relief when he had seemed anxious after stays in other kennels. We appreciated the free trial day which was offered two weeks before our trip. Friendly and caring staff and very reasonable prices. We have booked him in again.

Have used Bilton Kennels for years and never had an issue. Staff are always super friendly, very accommodating for last minute day care when needed and fairly priced. Our dog loves coming here, as soon as she realises where she is, we don’t get a 2nd look!

Imogen and the entire staff are always pleasant and professional. They look after our dog as if he was one of their own. Great team, great place! Highly recommend!!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough ????it’s our 3rd time leaving both dogs here and they absolutely love it! We received pictures while away of them and updates of how they were doing. We searched and looked around a few places which didn’t come close to this set up. 5* home from home. Bella and teddy can’t wait to there next visit here already.

We leave our 2 cokerpoos with Gwen every year. They are both nervous dogs but Gwen manages to get them settled and enjoying themselves really quickly. We get lots of pictures and updates whilst we are away which make us feel better about leaving them and definitely calms me down as I hate going away without them. Our very shy springer spaniel had been staying at Moorview for years with the previous owners. We didn't think she could get better care whilst boarding, but we have been beyond pleased with Gwen the new owner! We left our 2 GSP's with Gwen at Moorview for a few days. This was the best kennels I have ever left my dogs at, the care and attention to detail shown for my dogs was by far the best I have ever experienced. My high energy dogs were exercised, enriched and came home smelling amazing. Gwen even provided multiple updates including pictures regularly which provided peace of mind that they were looked after well. She has a wealth of experience looking after dogs and hearing her background instantly eased our minds, she even went as far as washing out our dogs bowels and feeding our dogs at their usual schedule which included a late evening dinner. We could even see a video of our dogs having a great time on Moorview facebook page. I would absolutely recommend this kennels and will return without doubt. - Christina O Reply
