Stayed here as original hotel had over booked their rooms and we needed alternative accommodation. It turned out that this was to our advantage as this hotel is amazing. Beautiful setting, helpful happy staff and comfortable rooms. All you could want from a hotel.

Always stay at WH when we come to Harrogate. Spacious clean comfortable rooms and good value. Staff throughout the hotel/bar are amazing. Already booked for next time!

Service is really good, very happy staff. Parking a van was OK as the reception had some parking disc. Location was spot on.

A lovely hotel with an old-fashioned atmosphere. There are some beautiful features such as the library, the stained glass and carved wood panels. The service was good and nothing was too much trouble. It's a gentle walk from the hotel into the centre of Harrogate. A very relaxing place to stay. It's dog-friendly as are a lot of the shops in the town.

Absolutely fabulous stay at The Old Swan Hotel, the room was beautiful and spacious with all we needed. Excellent parking and location and very good value for money. We will return, thank you

Love this hotel, ideally situated near Valley Gardens in Harrogate. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is great. Can book evening meals in the restaurant, food is excellent. Staff are friendly.
