It was my first visit to SNOB so I was a bit nervous (my nail broke before the appointment, didn't know if I booked the right appointment, also I was the last client of the day). Caitlin took care of me so well and made sure everything would be alright. The colour options overwhelmed me a bit as there was a massive range of shades. Caitlin helped me decide and she did great! I went home with a set of pretty nails for my minimoon.

Absolutely amazing experience. First time having my nails done and wanted something special for my wedding. I was listened to and given lots of helpful advice and made to feel so welcome. Thank you so, so much, my nails are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.

Gel polish removal and redo with Amanda this week - what an absolute pleasure. Not only do my nails look absolutely phenomenal, but I came away smiling and happy and having had the most enjoyable experience and chat. No question I'll be back - its my new go to and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
