I went to Toni and Guy for highlights today. It's the first time I've had my hair done professionally after using box dyes for a long period of time. Yasmin did my hair and she was lovely! She was extremely knowledgeable and took time at the start of the consultation to talk me through the process & the pricing so there would be no nasty surprises at the end. We did run out of time at the end as I had to pick the kids up, so she's kindly offered for me to go back in on Friday and she'll curl my hair all nice for me! I left feeling super happy. Harrogate Tony & Guy branch is absolutely wonderful due to the staff named Grace. She is utterly Brillian and perfect with her job. I really appreciate her skills on dyeing my hair, there as no hair bleach on my balayage colour. Grace dye combination was success and it is so gorgeous. I am truly very satisfied with her job and skills. Keep it up. I will definitely come back for her service again and the ppace is so relaxing and wonderful. She is a star!

The Harrogate shop is great. It’s clean, the personnel are friendly and there’s always good music and coffee! My stylist India is a delight. She’s so sweet, talented and a pro when styling my curly hair. She’s even cut my daughter’s hair. Initially my daughter was nervous as it was her first haircut. But India got her smiling and loving the experience.

My go to place for some time, and I am a quite demanding customer if it comes to my hair. I’ve been a French Reception client for almost two years now. Mainly cutting and styling my hair with them, but had a balayage done twice too. All these services were done amazingly, and due to timing preferences I’ve had my hair done by Laurent, Kelly and Alina. All of them are highly skilled and knowledgeable hair stylists and so nice to talk to! I always leave the place happy and with a great haircut. Very convenient that you can book them on fresha, as you can choose the slots matching your busy schedule and sometimes do it on a last minute basis. Can’t recommend enough!

Highly recommended, Alina put some highlights in my hair, really pleased with end result just what I wanted - Alina managed this after quite a few pictures/messages/descriptions on my part - which isn't always easy but executed to perfection - thanks Alina. The salon is really nice and all the staff are friendly, great teamwork between them all shone through. Will definitely be back. Competitively priced worth every penny. The products used were lovely and faultless service.

Love going here to have my hair done, very professional, with a relaxed atmosphere! The stylists are friendly and knowledgeable and listen to what you want. The hair washing room is lovely!! I highly recommend trying them out!
