This place is beautiful, accessible, family-friendly, and, for those who are horticulturally inclined, a source of wonder, information, and envy. Flowers, shrubs, trees, herbs, vegetables, fruits are all on display, and the landscaping produces a wide variety of vistas and intimate spaces, so that one will be tired long before becoming bored. Having Betty's on the premises helps with that. The shop is quite effective in providing temptations to purchase.

This little museum is small enough to be personal yet large enough and with a wide variety of different exhibits to make it worth the paltry £4 admission. You do however have an opportunity to make a voluntary donation when you leave and I would urge everyone visiting to make full use of this facility. We looked round the various items which took about an hour and was just about to leave (happy I have to add), when one of the guides announced she was about to open the downstairs area.

I have been a number of times before and was debating this year as the ticket prices seen quite expensive HOWEVER it is definitely well worth it. There is so much to see and do. We were only there for the one day and don't think we even saw half of it! Although algriculture is the main focus of the show there is so much more. Hundreds of stalls selling food, clothings, toys, artwork, homeware, craft, to name a few. There is one very large in door food hall and smaller food tents dotted around.
