we where there last night not our first time we go regularly as a group and they never fail to surprise me extremely helpful with special meals the service is second to none and the staff so friendly we have become friends with them all so booked again for September and December highly recommend anyone to visit everyone in the group of 16 were happy with everything wouldn't go anywhere else suits everyone the only thing is the parking for 3 hrs and been fined when you there you should get exemption when your in enjoying the night, THANK YOU FOR YOU RESPONCE.

Wow! The staff are absolutely amazing here! They made us feel very welcome & talked away to my son making sure he had paper & crayons to keep him entertained. The food was absolutely lush! (The potato & swede dish is unbelievable!!) Huge shoutout to Michelle for making my son who’s 4 feel so comfortable. He says he can’t wait to come back! We traveled from South Shields after a previous bad experience at another Toby. 10/10.

It is one of the best carveries I and my husband have had in a long time. The roast potatoes and baked onions in gravy are just delicious, the beef could do with less fat on it we prefer leaner meat but other than that it was spot on. Staff are friendly enough and would definitely recommend this pub.

Excellent! Service was brilliant and attentive with a few other tables occupied. They often offer functions and parties if this interests you. Food and drink choices were great and I'm sure you can find anything you like from wine to cocktails. We decided on the happy hour menu and were more than happy with our choices. Fishcakes and caprese salad was excellent and well presented. Mains were delicious even with our "simple" chicken options, I'd highly recommend rosemary or Diane sauces. Desserts equally tasty and great choice. We will be back with the family.

Just been for Sunday lunch.absolutely beautiful. The meat just melted in your mouth.staff friendly as well.also had my daughters baby shower there yesterday. Again food was beautiful. Staff couldn't do enough for you.will definitely go back.

One of our favourite places to get food from. We regularly attend for the £4.95 breakfasts which are delicious! The Sunday roasts are lovely, one of the best for the area. Scullery is always clean and staff are always really friendly and helpful.

First visit here and such a nice surprise in terms of food. We had flatbread mains with drinks and kids had a rack of ribs and pizza with brownie and make your own ice-creams. Salad bar was included with mains and had a variety of options with some great dressings. Vegan options and calories for each meal ate clearly outlined on the menu. Used the 25% off voucher for our first visit via Harvester app. Service was fantastic ... Very attentive waitress. There is a soft play attached to the pub, extra cost but Ok for an hour's play. Really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

I’ve been to some Harvesters over the years and the food has been dreadful . But the Ryhope one is far superior . The management and staff here clearly go above and beyond . The food is superb , better than many pubs in the north east where you would pay twice the price . The place is clean and the staff are very polite and friendly. Keep up the great work.

Staff were really friendly and the service was very good, food was lovely especially the dirty fries. Love the unlimited salad bar options. They have something to cater for everyone. Would recommend.
