If you have a problem with your car, I recommend lindleys at basford. The prices were brilliant, I had 3 quotes and still lindleys were the best, and not just that, they treat you with care and respect, also I was able to take the car very early and use a key safe and as soon as the person comes in who is dealing with the car, they ring you and ask for the problem and then let you know before commencing work they contact you with prices. I dropped my car off at 7am I got a call at 8 and my car was fixed by 11. I couldn't ask for a better service. Great job to all of them. Thankyou.

I highly recommend this garage for their helpfulness and professionalism and most importantly their friendliness. They took the time to explain everything and made my visit very easy and stress free. Thank you.

He went above and beyond to find the issue and to fix it at the best possible price. Have been going to them for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend! I went in this morning after contacting BMW to fix my jammed seat belt connector. BMW wanted me to bring the car in and leave it with them for 2 days, with no availability for 2 weeks, and i've no doubt an exorbitant fee. Ryan at In and Out said I could pop by and he would take a look at it... same morning. He fixed it within minutes at no cost. Amazing service... i'll definitely use these guys in future.

Took car in for MOT. Easy to book slot online, really friendly welcome on arrival and advice on collection of car. Lovely coffee whilst waiting. Will use again.
