Excellent service from Danny when he came to replace the gearbox on my front door. Rang to give me an ETA and then carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grays to friends and family

Handle on my bathroom window was jammed. Very easy and efficient service, phones and made appointment. Jody arrived on time and fixed quickly with no problems. Good value for money. Would recommend.

Max was great from start to finish. I requested my hardware to be changed from silver to gold and he helped to choose the right fittings for me, sending me pictures to help make my decision and was very patient whilst I chose. He was very quick to respond to me and he had completed all the work required within a week. He also checked the locks around my house and pointed out the ones that were weak and worked with me to update those. All in all, a 5 star service from an incredibly knowledgable chap.

Max.. what a legend! Found myself locked out, and contacted Max on a SUNDAY. Immediate response & came out on time. Made a dreadful situation super smooth. Extremely professional and kind. Very reasonably priced & I now have FIVE new keys. Absolutely fantastic. Could not recommend enough.

Max did a wonderful job fixing both my front, back and patio doors last week. He was incredibly friendly and had identified the issue from just looking at the front door. He has also forewarned me about the future changes we will need to make because of poor door design.

Brilliant locksmith. I needed some keys making for some very old cabinet locks. I’d already tried a more local locksmith who said they couldn’t do them and they’d be really expensive to make. I tried here and straight away they said they could do them and at a very reasonable cost. The keys work fine and it was a quick turnaround even with the easter holidays. I’ll only go here in future.

Fantastic service! Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Great value too. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
