I have never organised a funeral before and I also had the additional disadvantage of living in Yorkshire. However, right from the beginning and all the way through, until after the funeral, Terry's took all the pressure off me to ensure that my dad had a wonderful send off. They had such sensitivity in all aspects of funeral planning. I cannot fault them at all. Not only did they metaphorically hold my hand throughout this difficult time, but they went out of their way to help me. Every single aspect of the planning and funeral was done beautifully. We were never rushed. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much Terry's.

My dad sadly passed away in 2021.C Terry was recommended to me by a friend who had used them and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. They were Caring and honest. They couldn’t do enough even during the Covid lockdown. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone looking for a really good, friendly and caring funeral service.

Terry's look after a loved one that passed recently everything when with out any problems.the Funeral director was lovely he helped and guided us were we needed it .. stopped at the lights so all the cars arrived at the same time.all the small thing made a big difference.. thank you for all you help on that sad day.

We used the services on Bath Street when family member sadly passed away, and the team there did a fantastic job. I have since moved out of Nottingham, but I was passing through the other day and noticed the beautiful hanging baskets on the building and the neighboring pub, Bath Inn. What a visual joy! They look absolutely fabulous and bring so much joy to the area. I will be returning to the city in a couple of months with a thank you card for Lymn and to admire those beautiful baskets in the heart of Sneinton.

Matthew and the team were outstanding! Nothing was too much and all request no matter how small were adhered to. The team often went above and beyond which provided great comfort for the family at such a difficult time. We couldn’t recommend A W Lymn enough having used there services twice now.

I just wanted to say i watched the documentary with stacey dooley and it was brilliant the care you showed to families of the deceased and the actual deceased! On a separate note i was taking a different route home this week and the flowers on the building on bath street look absolutely amazing and beautiful really brightened my days up this day.

Outstanding customer service from beginning to end! Couldn't have asked for more from Kym, Beth and Manny. The kindness and compassion received from them all during such a hard time was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and sorted any problems or queries extremely quick. Would highly recommend.

Manny and Beth were very kind and compassionate given the difficult time of Covid restrictions. They took time to gather details and went out their way to accommodate our needs.

Everyone at the Triumph Rd branch was really helpful and kind.
