A very easy transaction from start to finish. All the staff were polite and friendly and answered any questions I had. There's plenty of room for parking and a choice of trolleys to load up your stuff. My locker was clean, as we're the corridors and lifts and the prices for the lockers and insurance were very reasonable. As I didn't need the locker for as long as I thought I got a refund which was paid back into my bank within a week. I would however, suggest buying your own lock as the ones they sell are quite expensive but saying that, I would recommend them to everyone.

Would definitely use safestore again, everyone has been so helpful and the unit we were allocated was a perfect size for our stuff. They were even so kind to help us with the padlock as we'd forgotten our keys. Friendly service all round, thank you.
