Smart tec took over the maintenance of our alarm system that had been installed some years ago by another company. They did a very thorough overhaul of the system to make sure everything is now correctly set up and working as it should be, giving us confidence in the system. We have now set up a maintenance contract with Smart tech as we feel confident that they are reliable and knowledgeable to keep everything working efficiently. Very pleasant and professional company to deal with.

We've had the SmartTac system in for about 3 years now and it's worked perfectly. Just had another annual service and as always this was carried out thoroughly, so we have complete confidence. Elliot also helped us set up or new phones on the App....... much appreciated thanks!

I would definitely recommend SmartTec Systems. My alarm has operated brilliantly since being installed, a great friendly service from the team and always a prompt response to any queries.

Amazing service and expert friendly advice is always given no matter the time of day. I can not recommend Matt enough! No matter the issue he is quick to respond and attend. Regardless of whether it is for your own property or for a rental property he is the most reliable and efficient.

Matt has been great. Sorted out all the problems with our alarm. He's friendly, knows his stuff and doesn't charge you unnecessarily. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Carried out annual service of my alarm system. No fuss, just systematically checked it all. Isaac the engineer, pleasent knowledgeable young man. Great service.

Highly recommend Andy and his company, used them many times before for business and residential! Andy & James give good advice, they are prompt and tidy and polite workmen and offer a good service with quality products and aftercare service! But be warned they are partial to a bacon butty and ham and cheese toasties???? Thanks for another great job!

Had Andy and his team come fit a full CCTV system, guys were friendly and professional, never pushy and offered good advice on what we needed without any hard sell, system works a treat, Communication throughout was fantastic, I've no problem recommending Andy and 3H CCTV.

100% RECOMMEND!!!!. I had x3 camera's installed by 3HCCTV. They were really fast at responding and booking in, Andy is brilliant and goes above and beyond to help with everything he can. The installation man was really polite to me and my family and the camera's are fantastic.
