Following a major failure of an SSD, and after attempting several local IT companies, the team at B2K quickly diagnosed that the recovery was beyond their capabilities, but recommended a specialist firm to resolve the problem (which that firm did), and also quickly and very reasonably installed new SSDs and Windows software. Great service and great recommendations for full resolution of the problem.

Had my laptop screen replaced. Worked out around the same price as buying the screen online and doing it my self. Great customer service. Served with a smile and quick turnaround. Couldn’t be happier really. Keep up the good work

Had problems with my laptop (Lenovo Legion 5) overheating and not starting up, was immediately given a quote, diagnosis, and summary of the repair. Received laptop within 3 days and no problems since. Service was friendly and helpful.

First time I'd used Bettabytz when our laptop refused to load. I found the service from Kev to be excellent, no hard sales talk or flannel, even giving free advice on potential new replacements from other sources. As it turned out he had it back up and running within a day, (fully valeted !), with the old hard drive ready for all the data to be accessed. Would definitely recommend and happy to use in future. Many thanks"

Outstanding customer service. He explained everything including the risks in relation to loss of data and gave me different options to try before having to reinstall the operating system. I only took my laptop in at 11ish and it was ready for collection at 4.00pm so prompt service. Would recommend and definitely go back if I had any other computer problems

Really great service, had a damaged laptop screen replaced. This was completed in under an hour, an explanation about the type of screen used was provided. The keyboard area was also treated to a clean. All in all extremely happy, the work was very reasonably priced, will definitely use in future and highly recommend

I took my MacBook Pro in to SNC at the beginning of the week. I was advised what was needed and how much it would cost. I was phoned 3 days later to say that I now didn’t need a new keyboard because it had been corrupted and they’d sorted it. They carried out a replacement hard drive and transferred data. The computer worked a treat and I was charged £60 less than the original quote. I then made a mistake of trying to change the display and wiped out my admin rights. I spent 5 hours trying to sort it out myself. I took it in this morning . The gentleman spent a good half hour undoing my damage. All works brilliantly and he said no charge. It’s a first class establishment. Excellent service. Efficient. Reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thank you very much

Contacted this company for a console repair. Really friendly customer service, open and honest about the cost, and didn't overcharge for what was needed. Would definitely use this company again in the future as they took the stress out of the whole process and trusted their knowledge and service. Great job.
