Joe did such a wonderful job of many things in our home. The cleaning of stone tiles was brilliant and done with painstaking care. They look like new. He also treated and cleaned our upholstery : two sofas, one large armchair and a small chaise and, despite their age, they look so much brighter and fresher. He also cleaned our wool carpets which have had a lot of wear from dogs cats and us. Again, fantastic results. We cannot recommend Joe highly enough. His workmanship was first class…he really cares about what he does and he was a lovely person to have in our home. He was generous with his knowledge as well as his time. Thank you Joe!

We booked originally to have two carpets cleaned at a property that we were vacating. There was 2+ years of us walking back and forth over the same area and also two dogs that came from the garden sometimes with muddy paws, so needless to say it was really quite grubby and worn. Joe and Roxy came along and made it look brand new. It’s unbelievable how good it looks now. We were so impressed that we asked them if they would come along to our new house and do the carpets in there too! Joe and Roxy are a lovely couple and very professional, they went above and beyond, took good care of our property and were fully compliant with COVID guidelines. We will definitely be returning customers and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them.

Joe was really professional. I had the whole house carpet cleaned for my end of tenancy clean. I had some big stains I did not think could be removed. Great finish We will use again!!
