Owen came out to visit to service our alarm and did a stellar job was so friendly and extremely efficient. Ryther managed to get me booked in promptly when it was time for my alarm to be serviced. I would highly recommend Owen and Ryther to anyone.

Really great company. Gary quoted a new alarm and cctv system annd was very friendly and explained everything so even I could understand and the rest of the team had it all installed within a week. Explained everything very well and the quality is superb couldn’t recommend them highly enough

Many years of excellent service from this firm. I like the fact that they seem to try their best to solve issues over the phone, talking you through possible solutions, rather than come straight out at the cost of a call out. Looking at upgrading our system soon and Minster Alarms are still the best value for the great level of service.

Professional service all round, really happy & I would recommend. Minster Alarms dealt with my initial web enquiry very quickly. I was able to explain the problem & arrange an appointment easily. The engineer, Anthony, did a great job fixing our intercom.

We've had our alarm cared for by Minster for a couple of years now despite it not being installed by them originally they have taken it on, sorted out a lot of the glitches we had and have always been friendly and helpful to us. Always on the end of a phone to answer a question and have never failed to fix the fault .

Billy came and installed CCTV at my car dealership in Murton, really happy with the service provided cameras are great and made a really tidy job. Would highly recommend.

I got in touch with FRS about a data cable issue. They were easy to deal with and got straight back in touch. Within a couple of days billy came round and within an hour (where others had failed/said they cannot repair it ) billy had repaired the cable and reconnected up the wifi/data Access point. More then happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Billy was fantastic from start to finish. He identified the problem quickly that it was the wiring rather than our internal intercom (which a previous contractor tried to fob us off with) and he had it all sorted within a day once the issue was identified. Couldn’t recommend him enough.
