3 Best Electrical Repairs in York, UK

Would give 10 stars if possible. I didn't visit the shop but phoned to see if they stocked a part for my dryer. Initially, I couldn't get through, but I was offered the opportunity to leave a message and someone would call me back, which they did. A fantastically helpful chap who confirmed they had the part. I said someone would be along to pick it up and he warned me that they shut at 4pm and also were not open the next day. However, he would hang on after 4pm so we wouldn't be without the part. That is how customer service is done. Thank you Castle Electrics.

I rang Castle Electrics as I had a problem with my washing machine. I thought they would need to come out to check the problem. However the man explained to me over the phone what the problem was, which was resolved in seconds. This saved me a call out charge, which could have cost a lot of money.
