Very quick and efficient in collecting the diseased and took all the pressure of the arrangements, including dealing with the crematorium and helping with the flowers. The arrangements for the cremation worked smoothly and it was a pleasure to work with them at what was a very painful time for the family. I don't have the words to express how fantastic the entire team at Rowleys is, they made a difficult time so much easier. Nothing was a problem, nothing felt like too much to ask of them, never once felt that they had other clients to deal with, which I know they did, they organised every part of the day which went so smoothly it almost seemed scripted. Martin and Elizabeth made my Dads Funeral so special with the extra touches they put into it. Dads worklife was military and Prison service and Martin arranged prison officers to palbear and 2 standard bearers and a bugle player. They fitted everything in perfectly. They have also looked after Dads ashes until we found the perfect place. You will not find a more lovely caring respectful firm to help you through the horrendous time that demands so much of you to make decisions. We were steered through the process with compassion and love by this lovely family. I will be forever grateful.
