Really great service, very friendly, and reasonable prices. They managed to fix the issue with my laptop after being let down by another repair centre. They kept me up to date on the status, and were very helpful in explaining what the issue was. Will absolutely be recommending them to others and will know where to go for future repairs!

Extremely helpful and communicative when I came with a broken laptop. Multiple issues were with suppliers of the part, shipping from abroad, however PC Revamp were constantly giving updates and eventually when it finally arrived they promptly fixed it. Very friendly and reasonably priced, 5/5 !

Excellent service. I was made to feel very welcome in the shop. My laptop was ready the next day after having a service and checked for viruses. Very easy to get to, and easy parking. I would definitely recommend them and use again in the future.

They ran through options, explained timescales and delivered beyond what I was expecting. They are really friendly people and I enjoyed the regular updates on my devices. They should be your only place for computer support in York. A+++.

KIT is a fantastic outfit. Fabio and Karma gave clear and reliable advice, ordered new parts and repaired my apparently dead computer in a matter of days. It’s the best shop experience I’ve had anywhere this year.

Great service, lots of knowledge, and help. Recommend these guys to anyone. Helped me upgrade my desktop in a day.

Just bought a new laptop from them. Less than 10% more expensive than from an online warehouse and well worth paying the extra for the advice offered (and for supporting an independent). Paid for in home installation, again, a good investment as I get another 45 days to contact them for help, should I need it. Appointment was booked for 10am and the chap was very punctual and pleasant. Now squaring up to the new machine and hoping that I'll be able to operate it effectively!!

Came in worrying about my laptop, but they took a quick look over, were very friendly, fixed the problem immediately (loose screws), and didn’t charge me! Absolutely amazing people.

Absolutely brilliant the man who helped me fixed the back panel back onto my laptop within five minutes while I waited, great service and a really lovely person!
