I had an unresponsive Samsung Galaxy tablet. The guys at Time 2 talk identified the likely problem immediately. Took the tablet to them on a Thursday, they fixed it and I picked it up first thing Saturday. Excellent service, very pleasant people to deal with, will certainly use them again if needed and very happy to recommend.

Excellent service. And speedy (3 hours). Had battery replaced in iPhone and they also replaced stuck pentalobe screw at no extra charge. Saw several phones for sale and would have been happy to purchase if I didn’t already have a great working phone. Many thanks.

Outstanding service. Bought a 2nd IPad and nothing too much trouble and helped me set it up. Had a problem with a charger cable that was replaced without question! Highly recommend - Sandra.

Called in today 20th December 2023. Brand new phone not charging. It had been in box 2years. Josh or magic Mike as I called him due to his magic he worked lol. Anyway trust honesty and low and behold it started to charge?? For his honesty and being a fair guy, there was no charge ! that's honesty to the 1st. I would definitely reccomend this shop and should I ever need to require help on any phone tablet etc I will be there. I will pass on there good name. Again thanks Josh. Go here no where else in Swansea! Excellent costumer service, Daz working there is a lovely guy. Very helpful & honest I went there to get my screen fixed and I took a handful of other spare phones to see what I could get working. Some places would have taken advantage of this and just charged me to fix them all he didn't. He told me which were worth fixing and told me which to bin. Also I went to one of the other phone repair places recently Daz charged me £20 less for exactly the same job.

Amazing phone shop I’ve been coming here now for a while, fantastic customer service every time can’t fault it. Daz is always polite and is very knowledgeable. Great prices on repairs and accessories.

Amazing shop, they turn around repairs and they've always been great. I've even bought a phone from them before. Highly recommended.
