My cousin's auntie was a resident here. She was well cared for by all staff members from carers, Deputy manager and Manager. They went above and beyond to make sure she settled in well and made her feel at home until the end of her life there. As a family we felt supported by a good manager, if we had any worries or concerns she was always available to speak to and reassured us. If you've got an elderly relative that needs caring for, I would highly recommend April Court care home.

Well done everyone a fantastic day for both residents and families on smashing your target for comic relief..you should all be so proud of yourselves.

I arrived at the Care Home with my brother in law who has many health issues. He has resisted going to Care for many years and left things till almost too late. He was welcomed by kind, patient , professional staff and he quickly relaxed in their care. Within 24 hours he was eating , drinking and accepting personal care resulting in a dramatic improvement. He told his daughter that he " loves it here, i should have come years ago". The Home advertises itself as a "small welcoming care home". This is a spot on description. Our thanks to you all Ash Woods.

This home maybe small compared to some nursing homes but the care and cleanliness is absolutely spot on the staff and management are fantastic they are all for the care and happiness of the residents no resident is left sitting by a table in wheelchairs as they are in some nursing homes they are encouraged to take part in activities which is a daily thing no buzzers are left unanswered the staff are on the ball I can’t express enough thanks and gratitude to all the staff at peniel green this is a fantastic place and if anyone is agonising over their loved one needing care I would recommend peniel green nursing home 100%.
