Very professional and speedy service. Messaged Ryan on the bank holiday Monday not expecting a quick response but in fairness I had a return call the same night and an e mail the following day so I arranged for him to come and look at my dishwasher that Thursday and in fairness he identified the problem very quickly and managed to repair it without having to take it out ((built in). Very reasonable price at £75 for call out and labour. Another company didn’t even return my call so thank you for coming to our rescue!

Yesterday my Dishwasher was repaired by a very pleasant young man named Ryan. I'm over the moon. Ryan was a God send and I would recommend him to anyone seeking his services for any of your appiances. Ryan also left everything spotless and I was left with nothing to do except load my DW and press start which was like music to my ears and I've not stopped smiling since.

Very professional. My washing machine and tumble dryer both had issues. Diagnosed the issues quickly and fixed the tumble dryer on the spot. Was upfront and honest about the washing machine not being worth fixing due to the cost. I appreciated the honesty and would highly recommend!

I called the appliance team late on Friday afternoon when my washing machine broke down and they made an appointment to visit on the following Monday afternoon. The engineer Craig called as arranged and diagnosed a new pump was required, I then paid the call out fee and was told to expect a call with the cost of the repair to include the new pump and labour . I received a phone call at 9.30am on the Tuesday morning stating the cost, from which the original call out fee would be deducted, the new pump would be ordered and hopefully would be with them by the week-end. I received a call on Friday afternoon confirming the pump had arrived and my machine would be repaired on Monday morning. Craig called at approx 10.15am this Monday morning, fitted the new pump and left the machine running as good as new. Having previously had another local engineer out to look at the fault who said he could not help me as it was a big job, I have been well pleased with the Appliance Team, a professional response to my call for help and a job well done at a fair price.

Lovely Friendly staff who fixed my shark vacuum no problem! No spare parts available online needed to change the whole head. Half the price the appliance team fixed it for me, will go again.
