Excellent friendly service. From the initial contact, video walk through - a few changes along the way ( on my part) they handled our move to storage professionally and courteously. The 3 chaps on the day were respectful of our possessions and strong as oxen! (Gary?) they were also comical, ribbing each other and made the day 100% stress free.

Byron and Chris deserve a medal for how they helped me move last month. Absolutely wonderful team, so polite, professional and helpful. Literally couldn't do enough for me, and went above and beyond with their attention to detail with everything. I am extremely grateful for them and although I hope I never have to move again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I did!
Used city moves on the 10th July 24 to move us from Swansea to lincoln, Kirk who dealt with our enquiry was excellent and polite, The guys who turned up on the day were excellent from start to finish and were very polite and respectful off both properties, would definitely recommend.
Having being told last minute that we was moving within 3 days, we really got stressed wondering how we was going to pull it off. We contacted City Moves and from the very 1st call our minds were put at ease and I could feel the stress just just reduce dramatically. We had a video survey within 2hrs from the phone call and quote within 4hrs which we were more than happy to accept. They came out the day before our moving day to pack everything up leaving is some essentials and then came back the day after on moving day and finished packing up the rest of the items and loaded it all straight into their vehicles. The guys on both days were just as amazing as the team in the office giving us no doubt in my mind we had picked the best company for the job. We were told on a Friday that we were moving on the following Tuesday. So it was with trepidation that we called City Moves to arrange removals. I have never spoken to anyone who was so helpful, in fact we had tears in our eyes after that first call. The next day, we had a video call to establish how much we had to move, later on another call to give us the price. We were kept informed so we were prepared for removal day. Once again the guys were so helpful, they worked so quickly and professionally. At the new house, their attitude was the same, professional and helpful. I was dreading the move, but there was no stress, it all went so smoothly. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, we'll be calling City Moves. - Lee T Reply
From start to finish, they were amazing. They came out to give a quote which was quick, yet thorough. They made contact a couple of days before the move to check all ok and confirmed what time they'd arrive. They arrived on time, loaded the van quickly and carefully and worked so hard. They unloaded equally carefully. I can't fault the work ethic and we had a great team of 4 which took the stress out of moving. We'd highly recommend City Moves to anyone. Well what can i say apart from simply FAB service,moved us from Bristol to Lincolnshire all in a day, this is the second time we have used City Moves and they’ve have been better than brilliant, I also recommended them to a neighbour who had the great,helpful,courteous and very friendly service, sadly the only name I remember is Mario our larger than life truck driver but rest of the guys were just brilliant, would not hesitate to recommend this complay, 5 star all the way. - Emily A Reply
